If you have any special communication needs, such as large print or easy-read documents, just let reception know and we'll note this on your medical record.
Opening Times
Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30.
Our phone lines close at 18:00, though reception stays open until 18:30 — from then, Derbyshire Health United covers calls via NHS 111.
